Rocky Linux installation, as you may know IBM acquired RedHat and they changed the status of CentOS from down stream to up stream. This means it is moved from stable to development. Seems like this bugged many tech giants (MS, AWS, Google etc…) they backed Rocky Linux project.
Name comes from decaesed original CentOS dev. Rocky McGaugh.

- Creating a test user and join it to SUDO doers.
- Install XFCE desktop.
