So after some research found Sennheiser PC 3. It’s a simple budget product with very good microphone performance. It’s also very light and flexible. After one hour meeting there was no sweat or discomfort on my ears.

It has a permanent noise cancel feature but has no mute switch for mic which is the only downside.

How To Check Sound Processor On Your Computer?
You can check it with a simple Powershell command.
